NOTICE OF LEASE
1000 W. Nifong Boulevard, Building 2, Woodrail Centre
The University of Missouri received a fully executed lease for 22,600 s.f. at 1000 W. Nifong Boulevard, Building 2, Woodrail Centre, Columbia, Mo., from Orscheln Properties Co., L.L.C. beginning Dec. 13, 2005, for five years, with the option of an additional five year term. The annual rent is $372,900 plus a proportionate share of building expenses, estimated at $3.25 s.f. ($73,450). This lease was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its Oct. 7, 2005 meeting.
