Notice of Property Lease
212 South Henry Clay Boulevard, Ashland, Mo.
The University of Missouri received a fully executed lease for the period Oct. 1, 2006 to Sept. 30, 2016 for 212 South Henry Clay Boulevard, Ashland, Mo. The University will lease from the Southern Boone County Fire Protection District and the City of Ashland for $12 annually. The lease was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its July 21, 2006 meeting.
