National Press Club Building, 529 14th Street, Washington, D.C.

The University of Missouri entered into a lease for 3,203 square feet in Suite 937 of the National Press Club Building located at 529 14th Street, Washington, D.C. for the University of Missouri-Columbia campus. The lease was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its May 5, 2006 meeting. The lease is for up to five years and three months, at a cost of $118,511 for the first year, with an annual increase of 2.5%. The lease commenced March 1, 2007.
