University of Missouri Board of Curators
The University of Missouri Board of Curators Presidential Search Committee will meet at 8:45 A.M., CST, on Thursday, August 9, 2007, originating in University Hall Conference Room 321, University of Missouri-Columbia, and at remote locations via conference telephone, for the purpose of preparing for and interviewing candidates for the position of President of the University of Missouri System. The committee will meet in an open session to consider approval of a closed meeting. Notice is hereby given that the Presidential Search Committee, upon such motion duly made and adopted, will move immediately to a closed meeting at 9:00 A.M., on Thursday, August 9, 2007, at One US Bank Plaza, 35th Floor, Mitchell Room, 7th and Washington, in St. Louis, Mo., and continue in that closed meeting to its conclusion at approximately 5:00 P.M., to conduct closed business and required votes pursuant to Section 610.021(1), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include legal actions, causes of action or litigation, and confidential or privileged communications with counsel; Section 610.021(3), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of particular employees; and Section 610.021(13), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment.
