10.040 Terms of Chair and Vice Chair

1. Terms of Office -- It is the policy of this Board that a person who is elected Chair or Vice Chair of the Board may not serve more than two consecutive one year terms as Chair of the Board or two consecutive one year terms as Vice Chair of the Board, except that the foregoing limitation of terms shall not apply when such a person has served out an unexpired term of an office.
