Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Audit

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) audit has concluded. The University of Missouri System Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force has reviewed the audit and made its recommendations. Critically and honestly assess programs, policies, procedures and practices across the UM System regarding diversity, equity and inclusion to strengthen and coordinate our approach.


 

As part of a series of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, this audit aims to help build a more diverse and inclusive community which reflects the values and aspirations of the entire UM System.


 

Focus groups and online surveys of the views of students, faculty and staff across the system, as well as an inventory and review of existing DEI policies, practices, procedures and programs.


 

The input of students, faculty and staff systemwide is important. Randomly selected individuals were invited to participate in focus groups. Members of leadership were invited to participate in surveys.
