BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of website development, ensuring the successful execution of web projects, and maintaining the integrity of internal and external websites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web designers, developers, content creators, and marketing to ensure that websites meet quality and performance standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Update and publish website content, including text, images, and other multimedia elements, ensuring consistency with branding standards and style guides. Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking for broken links and fixing formatting issues.

Conduct thorough testing of new features, updates, and content additions to ensure they work correctly and are displayed properly across different browsers and devices.

Manage provider and location listings through third-party location/business management tools.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, conduct training sessions, and offer technical support to ensure effective use of the content management software and adherence to brand standards and best practices by content editors and other staff members.

Provide technical support and content creation/updates on SharePoint for the intranet sites.

Collaborate with the leadership, and key team members, to implement strategic website initiatives to improve user experience and increase engagement.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather project requirements, and provide updates throughout the production process and upon completion of the project.

Stay up-to-date with web industry trends, legal and regulatory requirements, and best practices, particularly for Drupal.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Working knowledge of web concepts, terminology, and best practices.

Ability to effectively manage changing priorities and complete assignments timely and accurately.

Working knowledge of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) best practices.

Working knowledge of file/media formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.) and optimizing them for the web.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and departments, in a large, matrixed organization.

Basic knowledge of SEO and web development coding language: HTML and CSS.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Three (3) years of professional experience updating and maintaining websites using a content management system (CMS).

Experience working with website content management systems and coordinating a variety of concurrent projects and production timelines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience managing website content via Drupal CMS.

Experience with search listings management tools, such as Google My Business or Yext.

Experience with domain registrars, such as Squarespace, GoDaddy, etc.

Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
