Support MU Health Care and MU School of Medicine strategic priorities and growth initiatives through the development, execution and management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, email marketing efforts, marketing automation strategies, digital experience technologies/programs and marketing analytics.
Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies and tactics associated with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management), including campaign and email journey mapping, planning, execution and measurement.
Develop and execute a strategic CRM (Customer Relationship Management) roadmap that aligns with organizational and service line strategic marketing and communications plans and content strategy. Serve as primary liaison with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) agency partners to employ strategies that maximize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) capabilities and deliver upon strategic roadmap.
Serve as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) expert, advising executive leaders, managers and strategists on email and marketing automation strategies that leverage real-time insights to create a personalized patient experience. Recommend campaigns based on organizational and service line strategic priorities.
Advise and consult with executive leaders and partner cross functionally to ensure the digital experience strategies are aligned with branding standards. Serve as marketing strategist for all digital technologies such as telehealth, patient portal or online scheduling.
Develop strategic marketing campaigns and tactics to continually grow and improve digital engagement, patient acquisition and retention.
Stay current on the digital product landscape and recommend marketing tactics to align with strategic goals.
Analyze and interpret digital campaign metrics. Develop dashboards for reporting analytics across all levels of the organization and provide insights to leaders to make data driven decisions.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, journalism, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities can be acquired.
Five (5) years of experience in digital marketing, CRM (Customer Relationship Management)/Salesforce platform management, or a related area.
Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator by Salesforce, certified Marketing Cloud Consultant by Salesforce, certified Cloud Email Specialist by Salesforce, or similar.
Master's degree.
Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
