BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

The Executive Consultant partners with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and foster growth. The role involves assessment, analysis, and engagement of key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The position provides essential knowledge to executive leaders to drive change management efforts and mentorship of staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Collaborates with senior leadership to formulate and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational growth within the health system.

Conducts comprehensive evaluations of current practices and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions to optimize performance.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.

Analyzes organizational data and performance metrics to inform decision-making, track progress, and measure the impact of implemented strategies.

Leads and supports change management efforts, ensuring effective communication and training to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.

Stays informed on industry trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to keep the organization competitive and responsive to changes in the healthcare landscape.

Mentors and supports staff at various levels, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Oversees and manages assigned projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and achievement of desired outcomes.

Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences, effectively communicating complex ideas and recommendations in a clear and engaging manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
