Supervises catering in university club or catering facilities.

Works under general supervision, as needed, and manages own workload

A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary
Utilizes working knowledge and learned skills to perform various activities for the job
Possesses basic knowledge of specific processes and procedures needed to perform assignments within own work area
