National Cyber Security Awareness Month
October is recognized as National Cyber Security Awareness Month. In support of this effort, the University of Missouri hosts a series of events across each campus designed to educate faculty, staff, and students about computer and information security.

Training:
MakeITSafe Information Security Awareness Training: University employees are an important line of defense against cybercriminal attacks. Given this, University of Missouri policy mandates faculty, staff, and student employees* complete annual security awareness training by October 31st.
