07/21/97 USSIP40P Execute Instructions Enhanced Missouri Student Achievement Study Fall Enrollment File 09/22/98 Y2K Phase 4 conversion, changed step name M4 to SSIP40 for standardization pcr 98-0356 efm 10/15/98 IMS 5.1 CONVERSION (efm) This Mark IV program creates records for the Enhanced Missouri Student Achievement Study. The SIS Fall 'frozen' or 'census date' file is to be used as input. The USSIP40P procedure writes data for each campus to a sequential dataset with logical record length of 225. The Mark IV file definition for this extract file is 'SSIP40FD' and is located in CORE.M4LIB. All currently enrolled students are included in the fall enrollment extract file. The CBHE requires that a report containing audit counts be submitted along with the fall enrollment extract file. The CBHE will use these counts to ensure that the extract file was transmitted to the CBHE in its entirety. The required counts are contained in a report output to the alternate M4LIST1. Sample execution JCL is: // SET CAMPUS=c See Note 1 // SET SYSTEM=ssss See Note 2 //SSIP40 EXEC USSIP40P, // SLIF='SLIF.dataset.prefix', // SUBFILE='last qualifier of emsas output datset' //SSIP40.M4CORD1 DD * 1 2 3 4 5 6 1---5----0----5----0----5----0----5----0----5----0----5----0----5----7--- USSIP40 c TTccyy rt a //SSIP40.M4CORD2 DD * 111122223333444455556666777788889999aaaabbbbccccddddeeeeffffgggghhhhiiii /* Parameter card formats are: M4CORD1: location field 1-7 Card id - 'USSIP40' 12 c Campus code 14-15 TT External Term (FS) 16-17 cc century (19 or 20) 18-19 yy year (00 to 99) 21-22 rt record type (TE) 24 a derive athlete, sport fields (optional) y = yes, blank or n = no M4CORD2: location field 1 Blank 2-73 Up to 18 DGPR030 codes from SISTAB07 to indicate which students are non- degree seeking NOTES: 1.
