Over the past four years, the Procurement Hotline has become a trusted resource and successful support organization for procurement customers. On May 12, 2014, the Procurement Hotline expanded its role by transitioning into the Finance Support Center to support the entire Finance function for the University of Missouri System. Procurement has been working with the other Finance areas to develop the plan for on-going support for Supply Chain/Procurement, Grants, Accounting, and Budgeting issues.
The Finance Support Center is available 7:30am to 5pm to answer calls and emails surrounding the various Finance systems, policies, and procedures. The Finance Support Center staff will consult with Subject Matter Experts in the Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain/Procurement, Grants, and Budget offices at the campus and system level as necessary. The phone numbers to the Finance Support Center are the same as the local numbers for the former Procurement Hotline, but the email address changed to FinanceSupport@umsystem.edu. Customers who utilize the new Finance Support Center will receive the assistance they need, and also help us identify possible system enhancements and future training opportunities.
