PeopleSoft Finance/Supply Chain Upgrade

The PeopleSoft Finance/Supply Chain system was upgraded to version 9.2 over the Memorial Day weekend and is now available to use. The URLs have not changed so any bookmarks you have created should still work. If you do encounter an issue with an existing bookmark, you may need to delete and create a new bookmark. Links to the Production and Reporting instances are also available from the UM Web Application menu.

Training materials are available to assist you in learning how to use PeopleSoft Financials/Supply Chain 9.2. Tutorials, training guides and quick reference guides are available on the Finance Support Center website and also through links from the Controller’s site. Click here to access the training site.

As with any system implementation, issues that were not found or anticipated during testing and the upgrade process can occur. We have been documenting all issues reported to the Finance Support Center and AP Shared Services and prioritizing them for resolution. The finance team has been investigating each issue and working to find solutions as quickly as possible. We have been able to resolve many issues and continue to work on the remaining items. Please continue to report any issues or problems to the Finance Support Center so we can investigate and notify you of our progress.
