Urgent Clinical/Critical Incident/Workplace Consultation Needs: Urgent clinical, critical incident or workplace consultation requests are given priority for scheduling and response. Trained EAP clinicians are available during regular business hours to respond to emergencies and to facilitate access to fitting resources either directly or by referral to community-based resources.
In the event an employee urgently needs clinical (behavioral health or medical) services after traditional hours, the individual should immediately proceed to an emergency room for care and consult with their insurance company.
The EAP conducts a quarterly analysis of staffing patterns, services and availability to best accommodate the service needs and working hours of the university community. Non-life threatening clinical or non-catastrophic organizational emergencies are addressed by the EAP no later than close of business, next day.
Parking: Two reserved parking spaces are available in lot RC8. Appointments are also available onsite at MU Health Care. Please call to schedule.
