The University offers in-house EAP services for MU, MUHC and UM System employees and their immediate family members. Scheduling for the EAP occurs through the HR Service Center. EAP appointments are offered in-person, via videoconference or by phone.
The primary contact number for the EAP remains (573) 882-6701, however HR Service Center personnel will assist with scheduling consultation with the EAP. Critical Incident and Urgent Clinical/Workplace Consultation Requests:
Critical incident and urgent clinical/workplace consultation requests are given priority for scheduling and response. Trained EAP clinicians are available during regular business hours to respond and facilitate access to fitting resources either directly or by referral to community-based resources.
The EAP conducts a quarterly analysis of staffing patterns, services and availability to best accommodate the service needs and working hours of the university community.
Parking: Two reserved parking spaces are available in lot RC8 for McReynolds Hall appointments.
