Ride to Wellness

The Ride to Wellness Odometer Program is a simple biking program designed to get faculty, staff, and their family up and moving. Go at your own pace--no time limit applies. You are successful if you ride more miles today than you did yesterday.

You can use your own odometer or purchase one from University of Missouri bookstores through a partnership with Healthy for Life. For each 500 miles you ride, you can earn great prizes--including a rebate for an odometer purchased from university bookstores through this partnership.

Track Miles

How do I track my miles

You may track miles using an odometer of your choosing. A rebate-eligible odometer, the Cateye Velo9, is available for purchase from University of Missouri bookstores through a partnership with Healthy for Life.

Track your miles by using the Ride to Wellness Odometer Tracker or use a log of your choosing including dates and miles ridden. Then, upload it through the "I did it!" mileage submission form.

What odometer is eligible for rebate?

The Cateye Velo9 sells for a discounted $20 at University Bookstores, and is the only odometer currently available for a rebate when it is purchased at a university bookstore. Learn more about the Velo9 on the Cateye website, where you can also access the owner's manual and purchase accessories and replacement parts.
