Campus Climate Survey

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Audit

At the University of Missouri System, we seek to create an environment characterized by openness, fairness and equal access for all. We are in the process of assessing how all members of our community experience the current campus and workplace climate via an Assessment of Learning, Living and Working at the UM System.

An assessment regarding how all members of our community experience the current campus and workplace climate via an Assessment of Learning, Living and Working at the UM System conducted in 2016.

To identify successful initiatives and uncover challenges facing members of our community. The data will inform the development of strategic initiatives to build on successes and address challenges.

The University is working with the nationally-recognized firm Rankin and Associates, Consulting. Students, faculty and staff from across the institution were invited to engage in the confidential survey.
