PROJECT NUMBER S7767-01

will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at UMSL Campus Facilities Management, MSC North Garage, Reception, University of Missouri – St. Louis, 63121, until Monday, September 24, 2018, 1:00pm, and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud in the MSC Garage, Room S-08.

Drawings, Specifications, and other related contract information may be obtained at http://www.x-rhodesplanroom.com.  Electronic bid sets are available at no cost and may be printed as desired by the plan holders.  No paper copies will be issued.  If paper copies are desired, it is the responsibility of the user to print the files or have them printed.  Bid results will be available the day after the bid opening by 3:00pm on the Cross Rhodes website.  (www.x-rhodesplanroom.com)

A pre-bid meeting was held on Wednesday, September 12, at 10:00am, at UMSL Campus Facilities Management, MSC North Garage, Conference Room S-08, University of Missouri – St. Louis, St. Louis, MO 63121, followed by a walk through at the site.

The Supplier Diversity Participation goal established for this contract will be a 20% combined supplier diversity goal for MBE, WBE, Vererans, and DBE; and a 3% goal for SDVE.

The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids.
