Josh Mauthe Josh Mauthe joined the National Endowment for the Arts in February as the Senior Advisor to the Office of the Senior Deputy Chairman. Josh joined NEA after serving as the executive assistant to the CEO at the American Council of Life Insurers. During his 14-year career in Washington, DC, he has worked for two White House cabinet secretaries and did advance for the President and First Lady. |
Russell Wyland Russell Wyland serves as the division’s Deputy Director where he acted as principal author of “Research Fellowships: An Evaluation of 2002-2004 Awards” and, more recently, as architect for the NEH-Mellon Fellowships for Digital Publication. He has served in several capacities at NEH since joining the staff in 1990, including as senior program officer in charge of NEH Fellowships and as Assistant Director for Individual Programs. |
