Submitting a Proposal

Submission Process

Applicants must submit an invention disclosure to your Technology Transfer Office (see Campus Representative below) by December 30, 2016 in order to be considered for funding in the 2017 FastTrack Competition.

Please use the Fast Track Application Form to submit a two-page white paper and presentation slides (maximum of 5 slides) to your campus representative by 5:00 p.m. on March 6, 2017.  The white paper and slides should contain at a minimum a description the project goals, project plan, expected outcomes, commercialization potential for the technology, and a preliminary budget summary.  The budget may include only direct project expenses.  A final technical and financial report is to be submitted at the completion of the project and an award impact report submitted one year following completion of the funding period.
