The University of Missouri closed April 30, 2007 on the sale of Lot 11, Missouri Research Park, St. Charles County, Mo. The sale was authorized by the UM Board of Curators at its Dec. 15, 2006 meeting. The property was sold to Zoltek Properties, Inc., for $50,000, contingent upon payment of the $180,153.01 balance of ground rent, which was paid at closing.
