Payroll - General Information

The Central Payroll Office (CPO) collaborates with campus payroll and accounting offices to design and implement policies and procedures and related internal controls. The CPO is responsible for tax reporting, maintenance of payroll tables in the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll system, development of payroll schedules and oversight of the bi-weekly, monthly and retired payroll processing. The CPO is responsible for processing garnishment for all employees and retirees of the University of Missouri. The CPO collaborates with Human Resources Information Systems, particularly with the Time & Labor module.
