These University reports include, but are not limited to, such records as the Annual Financial Report and Supplemental Schedules, General Ledger Data, Auxiliary Enterprise Operating Statements, Fiscal Operations Report, and published/printed Appropriation Request and Budget Books, etc.

Retention Period: Permanent

Disposition Action: Transfer to Archives for Evaluation

Notes and Citations:

Departmental copies can be maintained on-site until they no longer hold administrative value and then be destroyed.  An official copy of the Annual Financial Report should be sent to Archives for historical preservation.
