Series Description:

These records consist of ticket audit stubs, voided tickets, unsold tickets, and lists of complimentary tickets to university functions, such as plays, concerts, films, or any other event for which tickets are created.  This retention does not apply to university athletic events.  See Athletics retention authorization for their ticket requirements.   

Series Cutoff: End of the fiscal year

Retention Period: 1 Year

Disposition Action: Securely Destroy or Delete

Approval Date: 1997-06-16

Example:  If event date was January 15, 2023, tickets can be destroyed after June 30, 2024.
