The University is preparing for a move to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with cloud functionality for finance and HR operations. 

Our current PeopleSoft ERP system, implemented in 2001, is outdated and will not support future finance and HR technology needs. As the technological foundation of our finance and HR operations, a modern ERP will strengthen our ability to deliver our institutional mission.

Our Approach

This initiative is a multi-year implementation with a pre-award grants and research system launching in 2028 and the finance and HR ERP system launching in 2029. Currently, we are evaluating vendors,  building a roadmap for the program and creating a project structure to guide us through the next phases and help us navigate the challenges and opportunities of ERP modernization.
