The PMO workstream provides program leadership, governance, planning, budgeting, risk management and coordination across ERP Forward. Team members help keep the program aligned, organized and progressing toward its goals.
The change management workstream prepares the university community for the transition to a new ERP system through communications, stakeholder engagement, training and adoption strategies that support a successful implementation.
The finance workstream focuses on the future of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, procurement, grants and reporting. Team members help design and improve how financial processes operate within the new ERP system.
The HR workstream supports recruiting, hiring, payroll, benefits, employee data, talent management and workforce administration. Team members help shape the future employee experience across the organization.
The shared capabilities workstream supports functions that span across the program, including reporting, analytics, testing, security, training and other areas essential to a successful ERP implementation.
The Technical workstream focuses on the technology that powers the ERP platform, including integrations, data conversion, system configuration, architecture and technical solutions that enable the future-state environment.
