The Solar House Design Team from Missouri University of Science and Technology recently competed in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Solar Decathlon 2017 in Denver, finishing in fourth place. Entries in the Solar Decathlon were judged by a panel of experts in 10 categories, ranking from appliances and architecture to energy use and market potential.
This was the seventh time a Missouri S&T team designed and built an entry for the Solar Decathlon.
