Title IX Update

October 24, 2014

Greetings,

This is the second installment of regular updates on our efforts to address sex discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual misconduct across the University of Missouri System. This week’s highlights include:

UM System Title IX Website
I am pleased to announce the launch of a UM System Title IX website: www.umsystem.edu/TitleIX. The website provides a centralized location for Title IX information and complements campus Title IX websites.

Coordination of Title IX Offices

Title IX Coordinators from all four campuses launched their weekly meetings this week. The goal of these meetings is to provide opportunities for the Title IX Coordinators to operationalize protocols and consider additional ways to further enhance implementation of best practice.
