This professional development program creates a community of practice where open dialogue and skill-building strengthen the universities abilities to meet its goals. The goals of the program are as follows:
- Facilitate relationship-building and dialogue between campuses leaders.
- Provide exposure to advanced management principles and opportunities for skill-building.
- Increase self-awareness around personal strengths and self-management.
- Build capacity to lead from within the organizations, following the UM System leadership competency model.
