Program Benefits

Mid-level leaders help create engaging workplace cultures where day-to-day operations and the strategic orientation of the University and divisions come to life. This professional development program creates a community of practice where open dialogue and skill-building strengthen the universities abilities to meet its goals. The goals of the program are as follows:

  • Facilitate relationship-building and dialogue between campuses leaders.
  • Provide exposure to advanced management principles and opportunities for skill-building.
  • Increase self-awareness around personal strengths and self-management.
  • Build capacity to lead from within the organizations, following the UM System leadership competency model.

Cost

This professional development opportunity is provided by the University of Missouri Office of Human Resources, with no cost to participants.
