The Learning and Organizational Development team supports faculty, staff, managers and leaders across the University of Missouri System. We are here to serve as your experts in team and individual development, organizational culture and leadership.

Employee Experience

From onboarding to exit interviews, pulse surveys to organizational assessment, we are dedicated to retaining our talented staff and faculty through positive employee experience.

ePerformance and Progress Check-Ins

The University implements a review process that includes two performance check-ins per year. Through this process, employees and managers share mutual feedback and plan for the months between check-ins. 

Leadership Development

In order to attract, develop and retain top talent, we have implemented structured methods to educate, advance and empower leaders.  

Mandatory Training

Employees may be required to complete compliance or regulatory training throughout the course of their employment. 

Percipio

Percipio training covers many areas, including leadership, technical competencies and professional effectiveness in the workplace.
