90.050 Civil Rights Act of 1964
- The University hereby reaffirms its commitment to complying with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1965, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d et seq., prohibiting discrimination in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
- Those officers and employees of the Curators of the University authorized to execute instruments on its behalf are hereby specifically authorized to execute, in connection with an application for federal financial assistance, such assurance of Title VI compliance as may be required by a federal department or agency as a condition to the application’s approval and extension of federal financial assistance, upon approval thereof by the Office of the General Counsel as to form.
