This page applies to employees hired or newly benefit-eligible after the start of Annual Enrollment through December 31 who want to choose different benefits for the next calendar year. All other employees should make their Annual Enrollment elections through myHR during Annual Enrollment.

Since the enrollment module available to you in myHR is your first time enrollment module, you’ll need to fill out a paper form to elect different plan choices for next year. If you want to keep the same plan choices for both years, the enrollment you complete in myHR will roll over. 

Enrolling in 2026 benefits

You will receive an automated email directing you to complete your 2026 enrollment in myHR. Learn more about First Time Enrollment and How to Choose Your Plans to access plan details and premium information to help you make decisions that are right for you.

As a newly benefit eligible employee, you must submit a medical insurance choice for 2026, even if that choice is to waive coverage. If you don’t, you will be defaulted to the Healthy Savings Plan, self-only coverage, and pay taxes on your insurance premiums.


Enrolling in 2027 benefits

If you would like to make changes to your 2027 benefit elections, which will be effective January 1, 2027, you must complete the 2027 Annual Enrollment Form and other applicable forms. 

Once you’ve completed your form(s), you must submit it to the HR Service Center or your HR Generalist within 31 days of your date of hire or benefit-eligible date. If you have questions, please contact your local HR Generalist or reach out to the HR Service Center.
