Releases of Student Information to the Missouri Department of Higher Education

As required by state law, specifically Section 173.005, RSM0 and 6 CSR 10-4.021, certain student information has been provided from time to time by the University to the Missouri Department of Higher Education (DHE). Starting in 1988, the DHE has required that the University provide information on enrolled students, including end of term performance. In subsequent years, DHE also required data on students who were awarded a degree.

Currently, there are three different releases of information to the DHE: data on all enrolled students during each fall term, data on student performances during the previous academic year (defined as the previous summer, fall, and winter terms), and data on degrees awarded during the previous academic year.

Fall Enrollment

Beginning in the fall of 1988, DHE required the University to provide data related to each student´s enrollment. Please click on the term below to see the data categories of the information released to the DHE.

Fall Terms after 2010 (PDF 14 KB)

End of Term Academic Performance:

Beginning with Academic Year 1988-89, DHE required the University to provide data related to student performance during the academic year (summer, fall, and winter).
