Who is the Student Representative to the University of Missouri Board of Curators?

The Student Representative serves as the students’ voice to the governing body of the University of Missouri System. The system includes the University of Missouri-Columbia, MU Health, the University of Missouri-Kansas City, the Missouri University of Science and Technology, and the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

The Student Representative serves a two-year term, and is appointed by the Governor of Missouri and confirmed by the Missouri Senate. Appointments rotate among the campuses, so that students from MU, UMKC, S&T and UMSL have a rotating opportunity to represent the 77,000+ students who are the primary and guiding purpose for our institution.

To learn more, watch the UM System at a Glance: Governance video or any of the other videos that help to explain the system.
