I am currently a faculty or staff member who is not eligible for benefits.
I am currently a university retiree or the spouse/other dependent of a university retiree.

How old2 will you be on December 31, 2017?

How many years of service3 will you have with the University of Missouri System on December 31, 2017?

Footnotes:

1 - How UM retiree insurance benefits will change for you, effective January 1, 2018, depends on your age and years of service. Different groups of employees fall into different "access categories"--i.e., categories that have different access to UM's retiree insurance coverage and subsidies. These different categories were developed as part of recommendations by TRAC, as approved by the Board of Curators, to honor long service and provide support to employees nearing retirement.

2 - Age is based on whole numbers. In other words, if you will be age 59.9 on 12/31/2017, this field will round down to age 59 per the recommended changes to retiree insurance benefits.

3 - Years of service are based on whole numbers. In other words, if you have 19.9 years of service on 12/31/2017, this field will round down to 19 years of service. This form is only as accurate as the information you enter into it. If you are unsure of your service credit, the best way to obtain an estimate is by completing the UM Retirement Calculator.
