< Back to Microsoft 365 Resources

Project Online is a collaboration tool you can use to create, view and edit project plans, enter timesheets, report project status and report across a portfolio of plans. Project members can collaborate to update task status, share documents and communicate on projects. There are also several templates available to help you get started. While Project Online is not a web version of the desktop Project Professional application, some plans include the installation of Project Professional application.

  • Active students, faculty and staff are eligible for Project Online.
  • Paid plans are available to faculty and staff only.
  • Project Online is available in the Microsoft Office 365 portal and can be directly accessed at https://project.microsoft.com/en-US/.
  • Microsoft Project is also available as a desktop application.

The University help desks can help you get logged in and started. Please use the training resources below as your primary source of support.
