The Finance and Human Resource Committee of the University of Missouri Board of Curators will meet at 11 a.m., March 23, 2006 in the Silver and Gold Board Room, Havener Center, UM-Rolla campus to consider a motion to enter into closed session pursuant to Section 610.021(13), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment. The Board will then enter into closed session.
