Notice of Execution of Property Lease
11724 N.W. Plaza Circle

The University executed a lease of property at 11724 N.W. Plaza Circle, Kansas City, Mo. from Platte County, Mo. on June 16, 2004 for the period of Oct. 1, 2004 to Dec. 31, 2014, at an annual cost of $140,850, plus a pro rata share of maintenance, utilities, and snow removal. The University will have the option of canceling annually, with payment of the unamortized cost of finishing out the space. This lease was approved by the University of Missouri Board of Curators at its May 27, 2004 meeting.
