The University of Missouri closed Jan. 13, 2006 on the sale of 125 E. Lockling Avenue, Brookfield, Mo. The sale was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its Dec. 2, 2005 meeting. The property was sold to Pershing Memorial Hospital for $260,000.
