The University of Missouri closed Oct. 25, 2005 on the purchase of 4 Mansion Hills condominiums:
4407C, 4426B, 8253B and 8269A. The condominiums are located on Normandy Trace Drive, St. Louis, Mo. The purchase was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its Oct. 7, 2005 meeting. The property was purchased from James and Yvonne R. Vintzel for $166,000.
