NOTICE OF PROPERTY LEASE
South Farm, south of Columbia, Mo. on Highway 63
The University of Missouri executed a lease on Aug. 1, 2006 to the Thomas Jefferson Agricultural Institute for 67 acres at South Farm, Columbia, Mo. The lease was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its Jan. 27, 2006 meeting. The property is being leased for 50 years for $1.
