Lot 3, Missouri Research Park, St. Charles County, Mo.
The University of Missouri issued a deed for sale of its fee interest in Lot 3, Missouri Research Park, St. Charles County, Mo., on Dec. 12, 2008, for the University of Missouri System. The University of Missouri Board of Curators authorized sale of lots at Missouri Research Park to tenants with long-term leases, in accordance with buyout provisions of their leases at their Feb. 4, 2005, meeting. The property was sold to Harmon Holdings II, Inc. for $1,000.
