The University closed March 15, 2006 on the sale of Lots 20 and 21, Missouri Research Park, St. Charles County, for the University of Missouri. The sale was approved by the University of Board of Curators at its Feb. 4, 2005 meeting. The property was purchased by Novus International for $27,000.
