The University of Missouri closed August 3, 2004 on the purchase of 4117 Lauderdale, Normandy, Mo. The purchase was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its July 23, 2004 meeting. The property was purchased from Roy M. and Marcella M. Sherman for $24,000.
