Notice of Property Sale
On January 25, 2010, the University of Missouri closed on sale of its fee interest in Lot 17, Missouri Research Park, St. Charles County, Missouri, dated December 31, 2009, for the University of Missouri System. The University of Missouri Board of Curators authorized sale of lots at Missouri Research Park to tenants with long-term leases, in accordance with buyout provisions of their leases at their February 4, 2005 meeting. The property was sold to Trust B Holdings, LLC for $1,000.
