Presidential Search Advisory Committee
A meeting of the University of Missouri Presidential Search Advisory Committee has been called beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 22 at the Noonday Club, One Metropolitan Square, 211 N. Broadway, 40th Floor, St. Louis, Mo. The committee will begin in open session and will consider approval of a closed meeting beginning at approximately 7:15 p.m. as authorized by Missouri law. After a recess until Wednesday morning, May 23, the committee will resume its closed session beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Thompson Room, 35th floor, One US Bank Plaza, 7th and Washington, St. Louis, Mo. Notice is hereby given that the Committee, upon such motion duly made and adopted, will move to a closed meeting immediately following to conduct closed business and required votes pursuant to Section 610.021(1), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include legal actions, causes of action or litigation, and confidential or privileged communications with counsel; Section 610.021(3), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of particular employees; and Section 610.021(13), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment.
