The University of Missouri executed a lease of property at 5605 Troost, Kansas City, Mo. from Bill and Martha Taylor on September 5, 2003 for the period of one year beginning July 1, 2004, at an annual cost of $106,745 plus taxes and insurance (estimated at $13,600), with the option to renew for two one-year terms. This lease was approved by the Board of Curators at its July 24-25, 2003 meeting.
