PUBLIC NOTICE

SPECIAL MEETING OF BOARD OF CURATORS

February 12, 2006

A special meeting of the University of Missouri Board of Curators has been called for Sunday, February 12, 2006, at 9 A.M., CDT, in the President's Conference Room 321, University Hall, Columbia, Mo., and at remote locations via conference telephone. The Board will meet in open session to consider a motion to conduct a closed meeting.

Notice is hereby given that the Board, upon such motion duly made and adopted, may hold a closed meeting and conduct closed votes pursuant to:

• Section 610.021(3), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of particular employees;
• Section 610.021(13), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment; and
• Section 610.021(1), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, including confidential or privileged communications with counsel.
