Bids will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at Campus Facilities, Planning, Design & Construction, Room 103, General Services Building, University of Missouri, Kansas City, Missouri 64110, until 2:30 p.m., C.T., Tuesday, December 1, 2020 and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud.

Once an e-Builder account is established, the Project Manual and other related contract information may be obtained at https://bidders.e-builder.net/landing?bidpackageid=5510e892-3b56-400a-904d-0533feb19666 . Electronic bid sets may be downloaded and printed as desired by the Contractor. No paper copies will be issued. If paper copies are desired, it is the responsibility of the user at their own expense to print the files or have them printed.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m., C.T., November 11, 2020 via web conference. Instruction to access the meeting are provided below. All interested bidders are invited to attend this meeting.
