will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at S08 MSC North Parking Garage, 26 Grobman Drive, University of Missouri – St. Louis, St. Louis, MO 63121, until 10:00AM C.S.T., April 15, 2021 and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud.

Electronic bid sets are available at no cost and may be printed as desired by the plan holders. No paper copies will be issued. A Prebid meeting will be held at 10:00AM C.S.T., April 8, 2021 at S08 MSC North Parking Garage, 26 Grobman Drive, University of Missouri – St. Louis, St. Louis, MO 63121, followed by a walk-through of the project site. All interested bidders are invited to attend this meeting. No walk-through at the site will be included in the Prebid meeting.
A Supplier Diversity Participation goal of 20% MBE, WBE, DBE and Veteran combined; 3% SDVE has been established for this contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids.
